Locate the model number of your POS terminal or touchscreen monitor.
Look on the backside of the monitor, in the ports area, and you will see a white sticker.
If your serial number is less than GM1500598 - Download IdealTek_Touch_Driver.zip NOTE: Does not support Windows 10
If your serial number is equal to, or greater than GM1500598 - Download eGalaxy_Touch_Driver.zip
If your serial number starts with JV - Download ELO_Touch_Driver.zip
