When we set up RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization) and send out RMA e-mails, we send a set of instructions about how to package up your products. This photo gives a better idea of what we mean. As you can see, one smaller box is placed inside of a larger box, and packing peanuts are used between the two boxes.
